The challenge

Water security needs infrastructure that works in practice.

01

Water security

Recover more water. Reduce pressure on freshwater resources.

02

Resilient infrastructure

Designed for practical operation and long-term use.

03

Local implementation

Modular engineering adapted to site conditions and local operating realities.

Platform process

From water conditions to a deployable reuse system.

HEDROTEC platform process, four stages Water conditions lead to process engineering, which leads to system architecture, which leads to recovery and reuse — one continuous engineered sequence, not four separate offerings. 01 WATER CONDITIONS 02 PROCESS ENGINEERING 03 SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE 04 RECOVERY / REUSE

Each HEDROTEC system starts with the actual water conditions and is engineered toward a defined recovery or reuse objective.

Water recovery

Recovera™ VRR-1

Recover more from the water already available.

Recovera™ VRR-1 is a pilot-stage water-recovery system designed to treat RO reject streams and return recovered water for reuse within the RO process.

  • Application— RO reject water recovery
  • Engineering approach— conditioning, solids separation and membrane integration
  • Status— pilot engineering
Recovera VRR-1 recovery pathway, conceptual RO reject and feed stream lead to engineered treatment, producing recovered water that returns to the RO process, with a separate residual/purge outlet. Qualitative concept only, no performance figures. RO REJECT / FEED STREAM ENGINEERED TREATMENT RECOVERED WATER → RETURN TO RO PROCESS RESIDUALS / PURGE
